Kameswar Rao, Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal, Justice Vivek Rusia, and Justice Alpesh Y. Kogje, who may be appointed as Chief Justices in different High Courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is also speculation that Justice Sunita Agarwal, currently serving as Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court, could be transferred to the Rajasthan High Court to serve as its Chief Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Rajasthan, judicial circles are closely watching these developments. Acting Chief Justice Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, who has been serving in the position for nearly nine months, is reportedly being considered either for promotion as a permanent Chief Justice or for transfer to the High Court of Jammu &amp; Kashmir and Ladakh. Any decision regarding his future could lead to significant changes in the seniority structure and administration of the Rajasthan High Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several High Courts across India are currently functioning with vacant Chief Justice positions or under acting arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, the upcoming Collegium meeting is being viewed as an important step toward providing permanent leadership and strengthening judicial administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No official decision has been announced so far.
