Jaipur:<\/strong> The Rajasthan High Court has rejected the third application for suspension of sentence filed by a convicted accused, holding that his extensive criminal antecedents and 29 pending criminal cases weighed heavily against granting him bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Justice Ashok Kumar Jain dismissed the application filed by Rimpy Sardar @ Tejendra Pal Singh, who is presently confined in Central Jail, Kota.
