Where the balance of convenience clearly favours one forum, the Court held that prolonged procedural delays should not allow \u201cprocedure to overshadow justice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Against this backdrop, the High Court relied on the Supreme Court\u2019s settled position that in matrimonial proceedings instituted by the husband against the wife, the wife\u2019s convenience deserves paramount consideration.
