Nursing students, allowing them to pursue their fresh writ petition against the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justice Sameer Jain observed that the students could not pursue two parallel remedies after their earlier writ petition was withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the Court held that they could not be left remediless and therefore granted them liberty to pursue the fresh petition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The students claimed that despite the University&#8217;s assurance, their B.Sc. Nursing Part-I and II results were not declared and the portal for the III Semester examination was not opened. They also challenged the University&#8217;s decision denying regularisation to students admitted in the 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Court clarified that its order would not prejudice the students, who remain free to raise all their contentions in the fresh writ petition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court has disposed of a revival application filed by 27 B.Sc.
