Rajasthan High Court Transfers Over 126 Judicial Officers in Major Administrative Reshuffle

Over 126 Judicial Officers Transferred as Rajasthan High Court Undertakes Massive Administrative Overhaul

Jodhpur: The Rajasthan High Court has carried out a major administrative reshuffle in the state judiciary by issuing transfer and fresh posting orders for more than 126 judicial officers across Rajasthan.

The transfer orders, issued by Registrar General Chanchal Mishra, include judges from the district judge, senior civil judge and civil judge cadres.

The reshuffle covers several key judicial institutions, including Family Courts, POCSO Courts, NDPS Courts, Commercial Courts, Anti-Corruption Courts, Motor Accident Claims Tribunals and District Legal Services Authorities.

According to the orders, Sonia Beniwal has been appointed as Special Secretary, Legal Drafting, in the Law Department at Jaipur, while Ashish Kumar Kumawat has been posted as Joint Secretary in the Law and Legal Affairs Department, Jaipur.

Rajendra Sharma has been appointed as Sessions Judge of the Special Anti-Corruption Court No. 1, Jaipur Metro-II. Shankar Lal Maru has been posted to the Special POCSO Court No. 2 in Sikar, while Satish Chandra Godara has been assigned to the Anti-Corruption Court No. 1 in Udaipur.

Several appointments have also been made in POCSO Courts dealing with cases related to crimes against children. Suman Gupta has been posted to POCSO Court No. 1 in Baran, Pradeep Kumar Verma to the POCSO Court in Tonk and Pradeep Kumar Modi to POCSO Court No. 2 in Bhilwara.

The High Court has also introduced large-scale changes in Family Courts across the state. Mahendra Kumar Singhal has been posted to Family Court No. 2 in Bharatpur, Aneesh Dadhich to Family Court No. 5 in Jaipur Metro-I, Shivani Johari Bhatnagar to Family Court Jhalawar and Ashwini Kumar Yadav to Family Court Karauli.

Similarly, Madhusudan Mishra has been posted to Family Court No. 3 in Jodhpur Metropolitan, Deepak Dubey to Family Court No. 2 in Udaipur, Chandra Prakash Singh to Family Court No. 2 in Sri Ganganagar and Rekha Chaudhary to Family Court No. 1 in Udaipur.

Significant changes have also been made in Commercial Courts. Rajveer Singh has been posted to the Commercial Court in Alwar, Anil Kumar Gupta to Commercial Court No. 2 in Jaipur Metro-II, Omprakash to Commercial Court Bikaner, Sandeep Kaur to Commercial Court Sri Ganganagar and Vivek Kumar Tripathi to Commercial Court Udaipur.

In NDPS Courts handling narcotics-related offences, Upendra Sharma has been appointed Special Judge, NDPS Court Bhilwara, Ajay Kumar Bhojak to NDPS Court No. 1 Jodhpur Metropolitan and Muzaffar Chaudhary to NDPS Court No. 2 Jodhpur Metropolitan.

Apart from these, the High Court has also transferred and appointed officers in Motor Accident Claims Tribunals, Gram Nyayalayas, Rent Appellate Tribunals and District Legal Services Authorities across multiple districts in Rajasthan.

The reshuffle is being seen as one of the major administrative exercises undertaken by the High Court to strengthen judicial administration, improve efficiency and ensure balanced distribution of judicial work across courts in the state. All concerned officers have been directed to assume charge at their new postings with immediate effect.
