Jaipur: In a significant step toward promoting legal awareness, Laws & Legals has successfully launched its first special program “Law Is Life”, marking a new initiative in the field of legal journalism.
The program is designed to serve as a platform for legal professionals while also simplifying complex legal concepts for the general public and students.
By bridging the gap between the legal community and society, the initiative aims to make law more accessible, understandable, and relevant to everyday life.
The platform brings together eminent legal personalities from across the country, including senior advocates, judges, retired judges, judicial officers, and legal academicians.
Through open discussions, these experts share their experiences and insights, offering viewers a deeper understanding of the legal system.
In the inaugural episode, a special discussion was held with Justice V.S. Dave, a former judge of the Rajasthan High Court and one of the most senior and respected legal experts in the country. The discussion explored his extensive judicial career, the evolution of the justice system, and the current state of law in India.
The episode was further enriched by M. K. Singh, who joined as the guest anchor. With his thoughtful questions, he added depth to the dialogue, making the conversation both insightful and engaging.
Key issues such as the importance of law in daily life, the role of discipline and rules in maintaining social order, and the relevance of ethical values were discussed at length.
Justice Dave emphasized that law is not merely a collection of rules but a foundation that sustains balance and civilization in society.
The event also witnessed active participation from students of over a dozen law colleges in Jaipur. The students interacted directly with legal experts, gaining valuable insights and clarity on legal careers and the functioning of the justice system.
